Olive wood is a very hard wood and is naturally treated, so is ideal for food preparation. Hand wash only, not suitable for dishwashers. Occasionally coat with Sunflower oil to prevent the wood from drying out. Do not leave soaking in water or exposed to heat or sunshine. These hand-crafted items are carved out of a single piece of wood & are very durable. The wood grain is truly beautiful making each piece rare & unique. High quality items, you won’t be disappointed.
